This gentleman is a pre-painted plastic treeman from the Horrorclix range - I picked up the boxed set he came in rather cheaply, rebased, cleaned up the moldlines and repainted. I've added clump foliage in various parts - I was going for a silver birch sort of look...
Recently added a new head to an ancient daemonhost conversion that seems to fit perfectly - I found the head whilst searching for the missing leg of my Inquisitor (based on Harry the Hammer).
I still haven't found the leg. Bugger.
Another new figure on the painting table - a Sanctioned Psyker. I've always liked these Imperial Guard figures - I love the uniform and the way it ties in visually with the Imperial Guard Commissars and other officers. I got this guy very cheap on eBay and made a very slight conversion with the wreathed skull from the Warhammer Fantasy Empire range.
One of my favourite Hordes figures (freshly based up!) He's to be painted for my wasteland setting in a new Caesars Legion-inspired faction.
