Chaos Lord

This is a conversion I've been planning for a while now - it's actually a very late Christmas gift for my flatmate's younger brother. The body is from Abaddon, a which I received without the rest of the parts in an eBay bits lot. The assault cannon is from the Dark Angels upgrade sprue - fluffwise, he'll of looted it from the corpse of a worthy opponent. The powerfist and head are from the Chaos Terminators and the torch on his back is from the Vampire Counts Corpse Cart. It obviously wouldn't represent a "legal" choice from the Chaos Space Marine codex, but he doesn't really play in the GW stores...

    Who cares if it's a legal model or not? I think he looks pretty good. Definitely a bit more imposing that a regular terminator pose.

    It could just represent a daemon weapon. Now he is legal enough. Looking forward to see him painted up.
